In our fun and interactive workshop, you will learn:
How attitude, behavior, and job performance are related
How to treat customers and co-workers respectfully and professionally.
To prevent negative feelings from affecting performance and actions at work.
To have a positive impact on company, customers, and colleagues.
Our Positive Attitude workshop is fun and interactive. We limit our workshops to 12 participants in each so that each individual will get the most from the discussions and activities. Role-play, exercises and games personalize the learning and make it fun. Each participant has an opportunity to contribute to the group and help enrich the learning experience for all.
Enjoy breakfast and meet others who bring a different perspective and can help encourage and support your learning. Introduce your partner to the group and learn how we all can help each other learn and grow. Embrace the concept of a "high-performance organization" and see your progress and that of your team as you continue to participate in our Compass Series. Review the objectives for last month's workshop and see how much progress you and your classmates have made. Gain new knowledge and skills on Positive Attitude, then put together a Performance Plan that will help you to use what you learn and continue to improve. Keep in touch with your Accountability Partner throughout the month and encourage and support each other.
This Positive Attitude workshop is part of our monthly Compass Series leadership development program, emphasizing leadership and team-building.
